This is the organizing system I'm using right now. After several missed appointments lately and repeated over-scheduling, I'm going back to using plain old paper for my calander.
I found this online, and it works for me. Its called PocketMod, you choose the templates you want for each page, print it onto one single sheet of paper, fold it up, and there you go. Beautiful!
